Grooming has become a priority for men. Looking your best isn’t only for the ladies nowadays. It has become as important for the men also.
These days men make visits to salons to get spruced up. The main reason to go to salons includes cuts (of course), color, shaves, massage, waxing and shoe shines. These days manicure and pedicure has also become popular among men.
Most men naturally have dry cuticles, calluses, dry skin and rough hands. They want softened cuticles, a relaxing massage, and clean polished nails. A men’s sport pedicure usually consists of a refreshing and nourishing foot soak, file, and cuticle care, heal filing and a revitalizing foot massage.
If you want to avoid going to a salon for a pedicure You can do it at home itself. Below are a few pedicure tips to help get you good feet:
• Prepare a foot bath with warm water. Add a teaspoon of antiseptic foot bath. This will fight fungal infections. It also conditions and soothes tired feet. Soak feet for 5 to 10 minutes in the warm water.
• Spray the foot with an antiseptic foot spray. This will deodorize and refresh feet as it fights irritating fungal bacterial infections. Don’t forget to spray it between your toes.
• Clean the nails with a nail filer.
• Squeeze a small amount of exfoliating lotion into your palm and apply to the foot. Pay close attention to heavily-calloused areas. Use firm strokes of the hand or a loofah disc for application. An exfoliating lotion will rub away rough, dry skin cells, leaving feet smooth and helping to boost circulation.
• Place feet in bath once more and rinse.
• You can use a two-sided Pedi file to smooth away calluses. Be careful not to completely remove them, because calluses are the foot’s natural protection. You only need to soften them.
• Rinse the feet and towel dry.
• Massage feet and legs with a moisturizing lotion
• It’s a good idea to sprinkle on a deodorizing foot powder to keep feet odor-free and dry.
Pedicure helps relieve the stress of your tired feet. An invigorating calf and foot massage will stimulate circulation that will bring you a new found energy. Manicures and pedicures for men are a hygienic procedure and have them done for their practical and professional aspects. Men gain more confidence by taking better care of them selves.

Caring for the skin is no more a girl’s job. Men too have now become serious towards it. Apart from helping them in looking better, it also has other benefits. Like every activity, skin care also begins with some essentials Some of them are as follows:
1. Face Cleanser
A good face cleanser is not your regular toilet soap. The face cleanser helps remove dead skin cells, dirt, oil and pollutants we catch from the environment when exposed to it. It unclogs the pores and by doing this it will also prevent us from acne blemishes and pimples.
If you have very dry skin, creamy cleansers are the best option. For oily skin, acid-based cleansers are the best. But most cleansers serve for all types of skin, so it would be better if we read the labels properly before buying any product. Sometimes you may feel your face “tightens” after cleaning and drying, this happens because the cleanser has got rid off of too much oil. What happens next, is that your skin will try to compensate producing more oil, eventually clogging the pores. If you see this happening, switch on to a better cleanser. The face cleanser can be used once in the morning and once at night.
2. Shaving Cream or Shaving Gel
The shaving gel or cream basically performs two things. First, it softens up the beard allowing a close shave; and second, it smoothens the skin when the razor’s blade glides over the skin. This helps reduce razor burns and blemishes caused by grown hair under the skin.
Most men never try to choose a good shaving cream. Thanks to the concept that most shaving creams will work for any type of skin. But it is better to use a quality shaving cream that does some “extra work”, like providing natural nutrients to the -soon to be damaged- skin.
The application of the cream or gel mostly depends on the product. With dry shave gels being available at the markets, you don’t need to wet your skin first. One common advice is too put the shaving cream or gel, and let it rest for about a minute and then shave. If you prefer an even better shave, do it right after a hot bath as hot water helps open up the pores.
3. Toner
The toner will clean up the pores, removing shaving residues and restore the skin pH. It also helps the skin fight bacterial invasion. Toner is a cleanser that needs to be applied once in the morning and once at night. For normal to dry skin use a hydrating toner, and for oily skin a toner-astringent. It is also a good idea to apply it after prolonged sun exposure to restore the acid levels on the skin.
4. After Shave
The after shave is more than a cologne and helps to close the pores. A good after shave will restore the skin’s natural moisture after shaving and relieve of irritations. Advanced after shaves available in the markets also combat razor burn that will leave you with damaged skin. Lotions and creams can also be applied. Creams are often found to work better.
Just massage a little on shaved skin on face and neck immediately after shaving and toning.
5. Moisturizer
The moisturizer will prevent the natural moisture and the top layer of your skin to go away. It will help water retention. Most of the users have a conception that it brings water into your skin, but it just helps holding its natural moisture. Foir oil based moisturizers are better option for dry skin, and if you have oily skin go for humectants lotion.
Massage the moisturizer gently on the skin until it is fully absorbed, and do it after shaving and toning. If the skin is very oily then there is no requirement of a moisturizer, but talk to a skin professional first for better advice.
These are the 5 essentials of men’s daily skin care. If you take care of your skin no problems will arise in the future and you can end up looking younger and healthier.

Men’s toiletry kit is no more limited to only shaving cream, deodorant and toothpaste. It also contains oil-absorbing face powder and brow gel. Men are spending more time on grooming. Facials, manicures, pedicures, and serums are no longer limited to women, as men realize the importance of paying more attention to personal beauty.
Make-up for men isn’t about looking like a drag queen, with deep red lips and kohl-lined eyes. It is all about finding the right made-for-men products and using them to put your best face forward. It is also about highlighting your existing features, applying hand cream and lip balm and the clever use of concealor to disguise under-eye bags and puffiness and grooming the eyebrows.
There are a variety of masculine beauty products including bronzer and face masks available in mega stores out of which the make up products from Ken, Jean Paul Gaultier, Clinique have become a common part of the male grooming.
KenMen offers a line of products including tints, body and face highlighter and skin correcting sticks known as concealer. KenMen is also known for the best-selling bronzer.
Wearing make up (unless you look feminine!) won’t compromise your masculinity.

Men’s earrings began to appear in the fashion world during the late 80s and early 90s. These accessories were widely accepted and became a fashion statement. They were projected into fame by many celebrities including Harrison Ford and George Michael. Men’s earrings are one of the popular fashion accessories till date and will be here in style. In this article, we enlist some of the most popular earring styles for men.
Studs
Studs can be made of solid diamond, precious metal or semi-precious stone. They are considered to be absolutely perfect for any occasion and a great choice for men’s earrings. The versatile piece of men’s earrings can both be worn on a red carpet event as well as in a club. Studs are smaller and less flashy. So, they can also be worn to the office.
Hoops
Hoops were the first choice for men’s earrings. Hoops can be worn on one ear or both, depending on the taste and style of the wearer. Nowadays hoops come in pair, as most of the jewelers in today’s market make men’s hoop earrings in pairs.
Clip-Ons
When actor Jamie Fox went to Oscars wearing a diamond stud clip on earring, everyone tried to imitate his style. The earring was so impressive that jewelers started making clip-ons. Previously, clip-on earrings were reserved for women because of their mere size. The clip-ons used to appear bigger that was not just suited for men. But, things have improved a lot over the years. Now, men’s clip-ons are available in the stores which don’t resemble the clip-on earrings for women. Men’s clip-ons are now manufactured with precision and good finish that the link between the front and the back clasp of clip-on earring is very minimal, that it is nearly passed unnoticed. Clip-on earrings are now perfect for use by both genders.
Ear Cuffs and Flesh Tunnels
Ear cuffs and flesh tunnels are ethnic and tribal looking earrings. These involve semi-tubes attached to the cartilage portion of the ear without piercing through the tissue. Ear cuffs are easy to remove and easy to put on.

Height is a positive characteristic that can highlight one’s personality. A shorter man’s desire to look taller makes him either to undergo medical treatments or enroll into a gym to get few inches taller. However, the shoe industry has steer cleared all the worries of the shorter men. After wearing the elevator shoes, the man looks 2 to 4 inches taller than his original height. The elevator shoes consist of a light cork fitted in the internal built of the shoes that is responsible for increasing the height. The height increaser doesn’t look awkward, because it is safely hidden inside the elevator shoes. The elevator shoes looks just like any normal platform shoes.
Elevator shoes are manufactured not just to make you look taller, but also for your comfort and style. Elevator shoes are generally light weight. Another key feature of elevator shoes is that is helps you in maintaining a good posture. Elevator shoes are made of finest leather of high quality.

Money- the mark of stature- surely demands a wallet that is beautifully crafted piece of leather or materials such as canvas to add real value to the money. If you have the habit of carrying a huge amount of cash with you, then you need to have a wallet with some chunky designs. You can easily carry a roll of cash in your wallet for your day out for shopping.
However, the chunky type men’s wallet makes a big bulge in your clothing. Well, again, since carrying huge rolls of dollars is what you like to do, these stout wallets will best serve for flaunting.
On the contrary, if you prefer to be cashless, carrying a credit card rather than a huge amount of cash, go for the slim wallets that slip easily into the pocket of a suit jacket.
If you fall in the third category of people who like to carry a whole world of cash, keys and a hundred other things with them, the super chunky men’s wallet will provide enough room to carry all the things with ease.

Comfort, style, mixing, and matching styles become the key aspects for men’s fashion this spring-summer season. A dark tone vest with buttons in the front with a v-neck shirt in light colors will be one of the perfect ways to beat the heat this summer. Hence, minimalist layering is the key word!
This spring- summer season, we recommend you to choose accessories that reflect your personality. Blending bracelets, necklaces, and sunglasses will give you the perfect cool look that is much needed in this scorching heat! Men’s accessories are not limited to the bracelets, necklaces, and sunglasses. The satchel style bags complement your clothing. Scarves and handkerchiefs make a comeback this spring for the final addition in your look.
Gone are the days of bell-bottoms. Pants with straight cuts are in trend this spring-summer season. This season you can find short shirts being matched with the business suits on many designer collections.
The focus is shifted to greys and pearl whites in this season. Pastel pinks and oranges that remark the spring season are also back in vogue. Mix and match the wild coloured pants with printed cotton t-shirts to get the rebel look! However, when you choose the graphics printed on your t-shirts, you should not wear a t-shirt with gigantic flowers imprinted on them, because they are out-dated. The present style is wearing t- shirts with smaller prints in grey, purple, or blue color. The Hawaiian printed shirts should be worn only with beach Bermudas.
You should not forget to select the right type of fabric for this season. Linen, tropical wool, cotton gives you a fresher and cooler feeling in spring-summer season. Not to forget the versatile Jeans, this will never go out of fashion. All you need to do is follow the type of cut within the season and the trends.

The concept of casual wear is heterogeneous for men. However, everyone is unanimous about a pair of jeans being the key casual clothing. Let it be slim-leg or boot-cut jeans, they are always considered versatile. A pair of jeans with a nice t-shirt and sneakers will be your best clothing for hanging out with your friends. Pairing your jeans with a sports jacket, a button-up shirt in solid color with cufflinks and a pair of dress shoes will improvise your look. Apart from jeans, khaki pants are considered must-have for your casual wardrobe. Flat front khakis with straight leg are preferred to the pleated khakis. Tan coloured flat front khakis give you a modern and crisp look. Black or suit khaki suits are considered to be more conservative. However, you don’t have to limit your khaki suits for the formal occasions; you can include them in your casual wardrobe. A khaki suit with a slimmer cut with pants can give you a completely modern and relaxed look. For the final addition, pair your khaki suit with a slim tie and a slim-fitting white shirt. What’s more? You can use your khaki suit as the perfect beach party wear by pairing it with polo shirt and a nice pair of sandals. Alternatively, consider this- polo shirt with a pair of beach sandals and cargo shorts- will create the perfect mood for your beach party. Talking about polo shirts, well, they are the backbone of men’s casual wear. There are numerous colors and n number of brands to choose. Select a polo shirt, which is right for your body type, and skin tone. This way, you will go beyond the normal casual wear of torn jeans and faded t-shirts into a more modernized version of casual wear.
