 Socks are an important part of men’s dressing. Though people think that they go unnoticed but it’s not true. Whether it’s in the board room or out on the road - you’re sure to make an impact with good socks. A man’s socks should accurately reflect his taste in clothes, and moreover like t-shirts, they should never be more interesting than you or the rest of what you’re wearing, they should compliment your attire more than just blend in it.
LOOK COLORFUL
Blue
Such a color looks magnificent and suit on more casual, leisure oriented days. It is certainly a spring and summer color of sock, reflects the sparkling feel of the day.
Golden yellow
Golden yellow seems to convey an aristocratic superiority, particularly when worn with blue or navy suits and a man’s ankles are glorified.
Red

FIT

Likewise, avoid pairing patterned socks with a patterned suit. This will create a busy, complicated, unflattering look. Create contrast between the suit and accessories.
TEXTURE
The high proportion of cotton allows your feet greater comfort and better moisture absorption - keeping your feet dryer for longer. The dash of Lycra just adds durability making these socks endure the pressure of your busiest day. While the detailing of the men’s socks should not compete with the texture of the suit, pants, or shoes, a light touch can do wonders. Silk socks with a slight luster complement tuxedos and other fine formal wear. With a heavier wool winter suit, thicker wool socks are appropriate. In general, the thinner the sock, the more formal it is. For instance, thick cabled socks should be worn with more relaxed outfits.

 The fashion-conscious guys now want their denim to reflect their inner rock star. They are looking for the more worn, torn and well traveled add-ons in their urban denim wear. This gives the signal of the return of full-on tears or pocket abrasions in this year. Denim will reflect a more active lifestyle in the years to come.

 All men want to look neat and crisp, isn’t it? However, many of them don’t find the shirt that fits them very well. Result- they end up in wearing long, sagging sleeves with neck squeezed by collars. They look just like unmade beds! If you are one among them, don’t lose sleep over this issue, as we are here to provide you the tips to get the best fitting shirt.
Neck: Here is a quality check for the right fitting of neck. Slide two fingers down the neckband. If the collar of your shirt, while buttoned, allows you to slide your fingers without gagging your throat and collar, this means the fitting of neck is all right. The fabric of many shirts shrinks when they are washed. Therefore, the shirt should have an extra ¼ - ½ inch to allow for shrinkage.
Shoulder: Your shirt shouldn’t hinder the free movement of your arms. If you find it too hard too lift your shoulders and literally, pull the shirt uncomfortably across the shoulders, then this denotes a wrong fit.
Body: The body of your shirt should not be baggy and shapeless. This will give you the feeling of wearing a bedspread! So, ask your tailor to make the shape of the shirt in accordance with your body.
Cuffs: Ideally, the cuffs of your shirt should hang over your hand. You should also ensure that you don’t slip your hands through the cuffs without unbuttoning them.
Sleeves: Your cuffs should end slightly below your wrist bones. The cuffs should provide enough room to bend your arms with ease.
Shirt-tail: The long shirt tail bunches up when tucked in. Therefore, the shirt tail should be ideally short but not too short that it comes out of your pants when you raise your arms.

Well if you are taller, shorter, fatter or lankier than others, then your focus should be being stylishly comfortable, than can also hide whatever flaw(s) you have. If you want to appear taller, here’s what you can do:
1. A good fit is a must (that stands for any kinda body). If you don’t get good fits in ready-to-wear garments, get then custom made.
2. Wear clothes that have vertical lines, such as single-breasted jackets and pin stripes. Avoid horizontal stripes, bold colors and plaids. Dress in one single solid color from head to toe. Choose a color that is dark and complements your skin tone. Wear suits in dark colors.
3. Things to avoid are cuffed trousers, long jackets and hats.

 Stay Away from Pastels
For Friday dressing and other kinds of semi-formal events, experimenting with pastel shades in shirts and ties can be fun. But never make the mistake by trying this out with your pants! Pastel colors in pants just make the wearer look ridiculous and you’re sure to be labeled a fashion victim.
Get the Fit Right!
Pants should not be too long or too short and flash your ankles. They should be the right length which means that they start at your waist and the bottom of the pants should rest at the top of your shoe. If your pants are too long, get them hemmed and if they are too short, donate them to a shorter person. Of course even the fit around you waist should be right. It goes without saying that you shouldn’t be wearing pants that are too loose for you and expecting a belt to take care of the fit. The baggy fit will ruin the entire look for you!
Get the Cuff & Pleats Off!
Fashion dictates that your pants should not have cuffs. Especially if you are wearing slim leg pants, cuffs can look very unfashionable.
