All men working in professional environs will agree with me when I say that clothing plays a crucial role when it comes to creating a right impression at your work place. It is not only about impressing people but dressing well makes you confident as a person and we certainly feel good when we look good.
In this regard, the formal shirts that we wear at office or the dress shirts as they are popularly called form an important part of clothing at office for men. Whether you wear it with a tie or without it, a dress shirt brings to you all the attention and respect as it greatly reflects your lifestyle and your gravity as a person. Hence before going in to buy one, men must know certain details about these as follows.
The style!
Ideally a dress shirt worn at office should be with a tie with the shirt having full sleeves. Short sleeved shirts with a tie don’t really go well and so avoid it until wearing it is a mandate in your office because of your job culture. I haven’t seen many offices though who encourage you to wear a tie with short sleeved shirts, but if you see your seniors doing so, then there is no harm in do so. When dressing to impress, do not be a non-office conformist. Sleeves can always be rolled up if need be.
The style of the collars also differs from shirt to shirt such as a normal pointed collar and a spread collar. Spread collars are catching great rage now a days and a form a part of contemporary fashion. Its advantage is that it helps accenting the tie and thus looks a great deal better with a wider tie. Shirts which have collars of a different tie than the shirt appear bolder and you need to have the right attitude and oodles of confidence to be bale to flaunt it boldly.
Besides shirts which are closed by straight cuffs with buttons look the best in long sleeves and make for a fine style statement. On the other hand, French shirts need cufflinks which certainly adds a great amount of flair to the clothing and is an ideal choice for party wear.
Besides the style of the shirts there are parameters like the size and the fit which play a crucial role while selecting a shirt. I’ll be talking about it detail in my forth coming articles. Until then, shop well and makes sure that the shirt you choose brings out the best in you!

So, what are the best tattoo styles for your particular body? You should be your own judge, as you will be the person who has it for the rest of your life.
New School Tattoo Styles - This style is actually from when sailors would get anchors and swallows tattooed on themselves. When this style started out, they were very plain, but recently men and women alike have incorporated this design on themselves in some amazing ways. The colors are much brighter and a lot more animated. Men are getting them on their shoulders and arms.
Japanese Kanji Tattoo Styles - As you may have known, this tattoo style is popular with the “full sleeve” crowd. The Kanji tattoo style just keeps getting better and better as more and more artists are familiar with this design. The most famous Kanji design happens to be the Koi fish.
Tribal Tattoo Styles - The tribal tattoo has been around for generations, long before your great grandfather was even born. They are a lot more complex in their design in this day and age, but they are always a classic piece if done right. Many people are now incorporating color into the classic tribal look, which has opened up a whole new dimension for tribal tattoo styles.
Men prefer to use identity symbols more than decorative devices that have traditional images like snakes, black panthers and eagles. The most popular option in men is skulls, daggers dripping blood, dragons and basically any image that depicts male strength and valor. Heart tattoos are best used to depict love for both men and women. This is a tattoo that has endured the test of time and is still growing in popular. Tribal styles are becoming more and more popular.
The symbol depicting mystery, power, wisdom and good will is the dragon tattoo. This is because dragons are considered to be good luck and have qualities including strength and courage.
Animal tattoos are the most popular of all. This is because animal tattoos relate to animals that we use to demonstrate the inner connections we have with fine beasts and the similarities we exhibit with these animals. Snake tattoos and reptiles are becoming more and fashionable.
Similarly, bird tattoos have lots of reverence in the tattoo world. Some of the most popular bird tattoos are the eagle, dove, swallow and birds of prey tattoos. Once again, the nature and attitude of the birds are taken into consideration when choosing the bird tattoo.
It’s just a simple way to uncover the slew of great tattoo styles you would have never seen otherwise. No matter which tattoo styles you end up choosing, just make sure you are picking the exact one for your particular tastes and don’t settle for less.

Belts and ties are essential accessories in any man’s wardrobe. In fact you can easily end up spending more on ties than any other part of your wardrobe. The main reason behind this is that quality ties are expensive, and you often wind up buying them on whim. It is essential that you become skilled at how to choose perfect ties. This will not only help you to curb your expenditure but also facilitate you in buying ties that will make you look great.
The best and perfect ties convey your personality and professionalism at the same time. As such, they should balance between style and expression. Here are a few rules to be kept in mind while looking for that perfect tie for your wardrobe.
Rule 1: When choosing a tie, it is recommended that you either wear something that is characteristic of your wardrobe or, if feasible, the precise outfit you plan to wear your new tie with. This will help you to zero on to the perfect tie that you are looking for.
Rule 2: The other general rule when selecting a perfect tie is to stick to solid colors especially when you are planning to wear a solid colour suit or when you want to portray an image of attitude and confidence. ‘Power ties’ includes colours like red and blue. Also stripes and tasteful patterns are a safe bet. “Tasteful” means a smaller pattern, that doesn’t draw attention to itself. Paisley is an elegant and striking pattern which will never be taken as loud. But remember if you are planning to wear a patterned tie then go with a very finely patterned or non-patterned shirt.
Rule 3: If you are looking for the best-quality tie be sure to go for silk. Your tie must be made of 100% silk and verify that it was hand-made from a single piece of silk. However, don’t be put out if there is a lining to that perfect tie of yours. It is essential to provide weight so that a tie hangs correctly around your neck.
Lastly, there’s no point choosing a suitable tie if you tie it badly. The two most common mistakes that can ruin the look of a perfect tie are making the knot too big, or tying the tie too short. It should be long enough to just go over the top of your belt, and if you’re in hurry, longer is better than shorter.

Clothing largely reflects one’s personality. It is the clothes through which he/she can express their individuality. Everyone desires to look attractive and stay updated with the in and outs in fashion trends. Everyone likes to wear what is latest in vogue. A fashion conscious would keep an eye on the latest trends in fashion for the year to come.
When it comes to the latest men’s fashion trends, the online shopping websites offer a variety of men’s apparel. The most noticed on is men’s fashion coats. Men’s coats are available in a variety of designs, patterns and style. Whether you are looking for casual coats, smart blazers or versatile jackets, fashion coats manufactured by the leading brands are really worthwhile to wear. They come in varying sizes with stunning designs. These fashionable coats are not only meant for comfort and style but also allow you to stay updated with the latest trend.
So when you choose a coat, keep the following things in mind:
The fabric:
Coats made of pure wool or a type of wool velour is meant for durability and a sense of warmth. A blend of wool and cashmere is a good choice because the coat made up of this blend of fabrics is softer and usually come with a reasonable price tag.
You can get the ultimate luxury in coats made of cashmere, which is very soft, though it is pricey. Coats made of cashmere have a finer feel and are lighter in weight.
The color:
For the classic businessman look, go for navy. A grey coat or a camel hair coat will be the perfect fit for work and social events as this is more casual in feeling.
The length:
Mid-calf is the usual length for an overcoat. However, coats with three quarter length that come just above knee level are also a good bet, although they look less formal. If you are less than six foot, it is better to avoid long militaristic coats.
The construction:
The pads of a well-made coat will be sewn into the shoulders. The coat will have a full lining of silk or rayon with wisely sized pockets. An inside pocket is must-have for all overcoats. Flap pockets should be included in coats that are dressier. The plainest coats should have covered pockets set on the front of the coat. The buttons of a well-made coat should be made of a good quality horn.

Everyone wants to look stylish in this age of fashion. Although the majority talks about women’s fashion and the changing trends and patterns in their clothing, men’s fashion is no more behind them. It is quite evident from the transformations in men’s outfits that men are equally aware of the latest trends and style in the world of fashion and want to keep them up to date. Let us have a quick view on the concept of fashion for today’s man.
Today’s youth loves to wear ready made garments which are stylish and unique in design. Casual trousers with hip-hop looks, trendy sports apparel and designer clothes are in vogue. Cargo pants, trendy custom T-shirts are also in the hit list of men’s fashion.
Talking about formals, youths and teenagers nowadays prefer pleated trousers with very attractive and skinny designs, which are in great demand in the international fashion markets. Short sleeve shirts, outfits with stripes and floral pattern are the other formal wears in fashion.
As far as casual clothing is concerned, people want to look rough & tough. As a result, casual outfits come with sportier and attractive looks.
Men’s beachwear apparels have also witnessed a ‘sea-change’. They are made with the use of new technology fabrics which provide the wearers the utmost comfort.
The colors and patterns in men’s clothing have undergone drastic changes. Fashion clothes are now seen in metallic colors with men’s shirts and T-shirts having shades of purple, pink and blue colored designs.

It’s the small things, for instance an excellent pair of cufflinks or a trendy watch, that make an outfit exceptional. Cufflinks especially lend an aura of sophistication to even an ordinary item of clothing. A pair of cuff-links can make any man more attractive and elegant. (Especially
to the ladies)
Cuff-links have been adding élan to men’s garments since the seventeenth century. The cuff link idea has been developed and polished; evolving into the classy shirt accessory it is today. They are now an essential part of a man’s wardrobe, especially for formal wear. There are cufflinks to go with every outfit, every mood, and every circumstance.
That cufflinks are boring is a great urban myth. On the contrary, they are distinctive, personally expressive, boldly authoritative and distinguishing. Available in varying types of stones, valuable metals, and trendy designs, the cuff-link has become the new mark of success, style and power.
Seeing this trend progressively more shirt manufacturers are producing shirts with French cuffs to meet the increasing demand. It’s certainly a go-ahead to a time when men were required to dress more formally on an everyday basis
A pair of cuff-links worn with a simple shirt and trousers lends a casual chic to the wearer. A power suit dressed up with a solid pair of cuff-links gives class and enhances the image of power. For the more fashion conscious, trendy cuff-links with stones (real or artificial) and latest designs can dress up any shirt with pizzazz.

Wandering around the streets of Texas or other southern states is like taking a trip through your favorite Westerner movie, you get to see the latest western fashion. Strapping cowboys and gorgeous cowgirls in leather boots, blue jeans and ten-gallon hats are the fashion norm in these southern cities. But if you’re not from Texas or these southern cities but absolutely adore cowboy fashion you can still indulge in them quite easily with a few additions to your existing wardrobe.
Now the most important item for cowboy western wear is the blue denim jeans. Since all of us have at least a half a dozen of these already it should be no problem. But you must make sure that the jeans are dark blue with the ever so important back pockets. They also need to fit you like a glove so that they can fit into or over the cowboy boots.
Boots are another extremely significant item without which an American western outfit would not be complete. Jeans are usually worn over the boots by cowboys; women though have a choice of wearing them over the jeans as well. The design on the boot needs careful deliberation, especially for women: to add that touch of authenticity. A pretty large variety of boots can be found in western wear stores, or they can be custom made, which contrary to popular belief do not cost an arm and leg. In fact you can get a pair of great cowboy boots for a fraction of a cost, made to your taste and fit.
The shirt though often ignored is quite critical to balance the rest of the outfit. The traditional look would be a plaid shirt with the perfect fit, the color is not really that important but the fit is imperative. Make sure the shirt is tucked in to show the belt buckle with a couple of buttons off on the top (in my opinion for both men and Women)
The last but not the least is the belt & hat, both these accessories enhance and complete the American western look. The belt should be of leather and must have a buckle to further add to the bona fide cowboy look. The buckle also ought to have a traditional cowboy western theme, say an eagle or bull, and make sure it’s big enough to show off.
The hat is the crowning glory for a cowboy, one he is not willing to part with even in death; in fact many old western tales swear that cowboys were often buried with their hat and gun. The hat also can be tricky in terms of size; it should not be too big or too small or you will end up looking cartoonish. For a good fit ask the western wear store measure your head in order to select the perfect fit.
