The best way to stylize yourself is wearing your confidence before anything else. Have you ever seem men wearing the best of clothes but not looking very assured about themselves? Keep it simple – The next most basic formula is to keep it as simple as you can. I have repeated this so many times that over doing yourself makes you look more like a wannabe rather than a style diva. A man looks his best when he is comfortable in his own skin, wears his attitude up his sleeve without imitating anyone else and smiles. For instance, don’t wear more than three pieces of jewelry or more than three colors in a single attire. Not even if you are in a mood to experiment. You are not required to dress like a rock star unless you’re in a band. Well, if looking flashy is what you are aiming at, then, a simpler but stylish look would be sporting a black striped dress shirt with a white blazer, a dark pair of jeans, a white belt, and a pair of black shoes. You can further adorn it by adding a flashy watch or an interesting necklace, but nothing more than this.

Change your concept of being casual! Dressing casual doesn’t mean you have to be boring. In fact it should be an attire which should make you feel most comfortable and your stylish best without being too conscious of yourself. Now this I must say is not an easy catch. The biggest mistake made by most men while going in for a formal date is wearing a full suit. Only if you were not aware of this, let me tell you that women often find this intensely intimidating. While it is also not polite to underdress when going for a dinner with a lady who in return  will be donning some of her best clothes and accessories, it is better to take the middle path as follows:

The most recommended attire for the occasion would be a dark indigo dress jean, complimented by a fitted, bold striped shirt, coupled with a well tailored blazer of any material. The shade of the blazer could be anything matching the jeans, the shoes, shirt, and the belt. You can also wear a jacket which you can remove if the ambience is warmer.

Pay attention to minute details such as matching the shade of the belt and your shoes and the like. This is because paying attention to details is what adds on to your evaluation as a person of class and immense of style.
