Comments What NOT to Wear in a Gym
Thinking of hitting the gym and getting the flab off your belly? Good decision mate! Healthy living is essential should you want to look good. Heavily priced branded or designer clothes fail to impress if your rolls of fat comes oozing out of them. Now that you have decided to hit the gym for good, you must take a note of the clothes that you are NOT supposed to wear. We have dedicated another articles elaborating on the clothes that are gym friendly, so make sure you read through that as well. Moving on, here the list of NOT to wears:
1. Too much of revealing clothes: its okay to show off you hot-bod, but leave something for the imagination as well dude! Women are stimulated differently than men. While scantily clad ladies might make your eyes pop out, a glimpse of your nipples peeking out from your super-low-cut tank top might cause her to pronounce you as either gay or narcissist. Sure you don’t want that. Do ya?
2. Denims: I am sure you know that but FYI let me again emphasize it for not so sharp men. For exercising you need clothes that are breezy and comfy so that you can do you sit ups, stretches and running comfortably. Cotton and Lycra are good options.
3. Dirty Clothes: Not that’s outrageously disgusting!
