men making fashion disasters
![]() |
Not only women, but also most of men makes fashion crimes. They wear and do lot of things which are big no-no. Read some of them here and try not repeating them:
Shoes
Keep your shoes clean; leather shoes should always look polished. If your shoes need repair, take them to a repair shop at once. Also, quality beats quantity; invest in a good pair of shoes even if they are expensive. They will last longer than the shoes you buy in thrift stores.
Socks with Sandals
This bad fashion decision has forever been intolerable for both men and women, yet people continuously violate it. Socks with sandals are a fashion no-no for two reasons. One, sandals are supposed to be worn on bare feet, and two, nobody wants to look at your toes stuffed into a dirty sock. People, if your feet are cold, simply wear some closed-toed shoes instead of socks with sandals!
Ill sized clothes
Still, there comes a time when suits are old-fashioned and ill fitting- and those suits need to be tailored. Suits that fit you poorly will always make you look sloppy or messy. Suits that are outdated will look ridiculous and cheap, and make you feel foolish. Oversized clothes are only to be worn when it’s bedtime. The baggy look is a definite NO, even while gyming. Guys pay attention to; oversized tee shirts with baggy pants are one of the most common fashion flubs in college. Even oversized watches are out of fashion.
Hair styles
It is also a big issue. Comb it before you leave your house. Out of bed look doesn’t look nice at workplace. Women are not attracted to the taut pony tail at the back of the head on a hairless guy. Facial hair should also be clean, trimmed and not shabby.
Pants
Most men don’t have a pair of trouser unless they came along with a suit. Try to buy at least one actual pair of dress pants. Besides the standard black pants, navy is another color that will give you a modern look. Jeans are a must for men. Don’t go too baggy or wear jeans too short or too tight - skinny jeans. Dark jeans look good at night since they give an illusion of dress pants.
Jewelry
Long jewelry isn’t just a fashion no-no. There’s a myth floating around that your display of it will attract women. Other than a wedding ring, that may not be true. However, a smart looking watch minus the thick diamonds might be nice. If you wear a chain, keep it simple and only wear one. Save the gold close chains, bracelets, pinky rings and facial piercing for afterwards hours.
Perfumes
Perfume and cologne are no-no at the gym. If you go to the gym straight from work, remind yourself not to wear too much perfume or cologne that day. When you sweat, the smell becomes much stronger and may bother others. .
Stinking Clothes
It’s acceptable to be a little stinky and dull after a workout. But showing up in clothes already emanating a disturbing stench is a fashion no-no. Similarly, wearing clothes with giant holes or doubtful stains should be avoided. Wearing old tee shirts and shorts is fine; just make sure they’re clean. Make it a habit to inspect your clothes when you take them off and when they come out of the wash to make sure you don’t miss a spot. Watch for yellow circles below the armpits, decrepit collars or cuffs.
Extravagance dressing
There is nothing lasting about novelty clothing nor does it project a stylish, put together image. Leave the smiley faces, hearts and various others at home. It does accept to accurate your individuality through blush or pattern. But stick with the archetypal amplitude of about three-and-one-quarter inches and accomplish abiding the colors and patterns accompaniment the shirt you are wearing. When it comes to how a tie hangs, it should reach the top of your belt buckle and have a dimple in the center of the knot.
