Christmas presents for men!

Christmas presents for men!

Christmas is the perfect time of the year to celebrate the joy of the bond we share with family, friends and near and dear ones and also the best time to make them feel special. Needless to say that as Christmas approaches, our planning about what gifts to buy this season starts swelling up as we don’t really intend to repeat giving what we’ve gifted our  friends in the near past. So let’s have a look at some options for gifts made for gentlemen like you and me.

The first thing you need to bear in mind before buying something for a guy who puts in great effort to stylize himself with perfection is that always pick something that you can best afford. Also the thing you purchase should be high durable and long lasting, i.e. you should buy pieces that last, no matter how little you want to spend this Christmas. The idea is to make sure that you buy luxury doesn’t matter even if you scale down the size or complexity of the item.

Decide your budget first. If you want to give the best you can to someone and your budget is not in for a huge gift, you needn’t worry as there are numerous highly affordable luxurious accessories that can make up for it.

So here are some recommendations!

High brand cotton socks
Buying a high brand even for a pair of socks will give an idea that you keep shopping at these stores for the little things as well. Where no one knows whether you really buy your shirts from there or not, you can easily afford their socks though the range for such an item may still seem expensive to you. But you can be assured that these will be the softest and best quality socks you would have ever purchased. The full-calf versions are sufficiently thin that your upper calves never feel too warm – a frequent complaint of those that prefer short socks. Also they come in a very snazzy bag, you know you are paying for but love anyway. So just put your ipod in it and it means that you can pretend you shop high brands regularly.

Mother-of-pearl collarbones

Every man who lays emphasis on his style quotient must own a pair of collarbones, which are inserts that run into the corner of your shirt’s collar to keep it stiff.

Some shirts come with their own plastic versions but these can be easily bent, lost or snapped if used on a regular basis. The important thing here is that although it is possible to not lose your collarbones and keep them safe from the washing machine all the time,
they will never be as reliable as the permanent ones in a metal or other hard material. Hence buying a pair of collarbones in german silver (if you can afford) or any other material (whatever suits your range) will make for a item to gift to your reverend friend.
Thus we see that we can pick something really fine, yet within our range as a perfect or rather I should say a dream Christmas gift for our beloved pal. A perfect toast to the bond called friendship!

How to dress for Christmas this season!

How to dress for Christmas this season!

Christmas is in and where on hand, it brings the joy and excitement to look good, it also fills our hearts with panic over what to wear and how to look the best we can. Okay, let’s face a fact here - when it comes to picking out the best clothes to wear, men are considered, and rightly so, to be less fashion-conscious of the two genders. However, the good news is that, this is starting to change with more and more fashion designers coming up with new designs and collections for men on their runways.

But Christmas right on head if you are a bad dressing guy, here are some tips for you to dress appropriately for the occasion!

Since Christmas calls for dressing formally, guys think that getting away with any kind of suits will make it for the perfect look. I am saying this because I have often seen guys choosing shiny suits for this day. I mean unless you are going to be a backup dancer in a musical, there should be no reason why you should even own a shiny shirt or a suit for that matter. If you want to look your elegant best, nothing works better than a simple form fitting black t-shirt or black dress shirt. All you have to do is pair it up with some nice jeans or trousers and you’ll have no problem being noticed in a good way.
Avoid wearing ugly colors at all costs. That great looking suit you bought for yourself for Christmas party this year may be too expensive but if it makes you look like one of the staff or something from the 70’s, then I’m sorry to say but you paid too much. Make sure that the color of your clothes needs to compliment your natural features like the eye color, your skin tone, your built and your personality in particular. Avoid wearing too bright colors for suits. Any suit in the tone of black, gray and navy will work best for you this Christmas.
If you slightly healthy avoid wearing clothes that are really loose or baggy because they make you look sloppy and like a bum. You can try experimenting mixing and matching certain cuts and styles until you come up with the perfect look.
So these are some tips that might come in handy for you while choosing a suit for your Christmas Party! Wish you a great Christmas and by keeping these little suggestion in mind, I’m sure you’ll look your stylish best! Be ready for some great compliments!
