Come spring and summer, all the fashionistas of the world look forward to dumping the dreary and heavy winter clothes somewhere deep in some cellar and open their wardrobe to fresh colors and airy clothing! And while women are mostly branded as fashion victims, men on the other hand aren’t far behind.
No wonder why the men centric fashion magazines sell off the rack! So, all you pretty guys who like to stay super updated with fashion and its trends, we’ve got the dose you’ve been craving for. The 2008 summer season will be about a li’l bit of dressing up added with a lot of attitude! But fashion has always been about that, so what’s new! This year, it looks as though the safari look, “event” dressing, and even throwback hats will all be in style for the gentlemen. Let’s take a look at a few of the projected trends for the season.

The Safari look: Bring out the animal within you with this look! The safari look that extends from top to bottom is gonna be a big part of this year’s look. Safari model are paving the way for the rugged and adventurous looking guys. The colors chosen for this style are safari neutral. Aussie style safari hat completes the outfit. Try out shorts as well. 

Jerseys are in: Say wa? Well, think of what you might wear to one of your favorite sporting events. Jerseys, especially, basketball jersey styles (think no sleeves) will be a hit this summer, along with casual warm up pants and so on. Perfect for the sports fan that doesn’t actually play!

For Events: It’s time for guys to dress up their out of the ordinary clothe when they attend special events such as weddings and openings, and the summer fashions are perfectly suited to the calling. Light colored, slightly glossy jackets are in. Add some splashes of color to stand out.

Bags: The season of the man purse is on in full swing. Man bags typically look like bags that a postal worker or messenger might carry, kind of like a laptop bag but with a bit more fashion punch. They are handy too.

So, get some moolah and rush to some good stores to get your prescribed amount of fashion right. Now you know where men’s fashion is headed this season! It’s gonna be a cutting edge thingie!
